1. General Manager – Pharmacy
The General Manager – Pharmacy will be responsible for the overall operation of the Pharmacy department. Oversee the daily workflow of the department to ensure that the Pharmacy has 24-hour coverage by Pharmacists throughout Hospital and other locations. The position requires extensive contact with the Administrator, Medical staff, Nursing service staff, etc.
Qualification & Experience:
• B. Pharm/ M. Pharm degree.
• Possess a valid license from the State Board of Pharmacy.
• At least 10-15 years of experience in a Hospital setting with Management and Supervisory responsibility.
2. Manager – Supply Chain Management
The Manager SCM will be responsible for the overall Pharmacy purchasing including medication procurement, inventory management, contracting, supply and distribution of drugs for the Hospital. Also collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities also include effective management of dynamic inventory levels; and minimize the impact of shortages on direct patient care. Provides oversight to the development and implementation of Pharmacy Services goals and objectives, policies, procedures, and budgets as they relate to Supply Chain.
Qualification & Experience:
• B. Pharm/ M. Pharm degree.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Preferred license from the state board of pharmacy.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a Hospital setting with Management and Supervisory responsibility.
