1. B.Sc. in Optometry (BO) 4 years Pass in +2 Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics from a recognized board of the country with minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST and 45% for Physically Challenged candidates).
2. B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) 3 years
3. B.Sc. in Medical Radiation Technology (BMRT) 3 years
4. B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (BOTT) 3 years
5. B.Sc. in Emergency Medicine Technology (BEMT) 3 years
6. Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) 2 Years Pass in +2 Science with Biology and/or Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized board of the country.
7. Certified OT Technicians (COTT) 1 Year
8. Certified Dialysis Technician (CDT) 1 Year
9. Certified Neuro Technician (CNT) 1 Year
10. Certified ECG Technicians (CECGT) 6 Months Pass in 10th Std.
11. Certified EEG Technicians (CEEGT) 6 Months
12. Certified EMG Technicians (CEMGT) 6 Months
13. Certified Ward Technician (CWT) 6 Months
14. Certified Blood Collection Assistant (CBCA) 6 Months
  1. Candidates having two years training in Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM), Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) and Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) after +2 Science is eligible to apply for the admission to 2nd year of the COA & COSA, BMLT & BMRT courses respectively through Lateral Entry (LE)
  2. Must be of 17 years of age as on 31st December of the Year,
  3. The candidate must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
    OR
    Son, daughter or spouses of:
    1. Employee of Govt. of Odisha.
    2. Defense Personnel posted in Odisha/Employee of Govt. of India working in Odisha.
    3. Member of All India Services (Odisha Cadre) serving within/outside Odisha.
    4. Employee of Govt. of India Undertaking/Govt. of Odisha Undertaking located in Odisha. Such claims should be supported by certificate of service of parents or spouse from competent Authority.
    OR
    Odia belonging to outlying Odia speaking tracks (as defined by Government of Odisha, P.& S. Dept., Resolution No.13411 Gen. dated 8.8.69, as amended from time to time). Such candidates must have Odia as M.I.L in H.S.C. or equivalent examination and shall furnish the certificate of authenticity of their domicile from appropriate authority of the locality or H.S.C. certificate showing Odia as M.I.L.
    OR
    An Indian National (including NRI) other than mentioned above would be eligible for admission into Private Colleges only & not Government College, subject to condition that, their case would be considered after all candidates belonging to above are exhausted.

NB: In case of equivalent qualification, the equivalency certificate from Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) must be submitted by the candidate, failing which, the application will be rejected.
